There is a historical battle between #valueinvesting and #growthinvesting. Depending on economic conditions, they alternate the spotlight. Since 2007 until December 2021, #growthstrategies have outperformed significantly. Now however, in an environment where central banks are tightening, economic growth is low and valuations are being adjusted, #valueinvesting is making a comeback. Interesting to see that the ratio moves between 0.5 and 1.1, amd the current reading is 0.8. This cycles tend to last years, and this value cycle seems to be in the initial stage.
